Kyle Vandenbrink Gets MVP Trophy Monday, September 25th, 2028 Kyle Vandenbrink of the Mancelona Torch had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2028. The 24-year-old center fielder put up a .303 average and a .391 on-base percentage, piling up 108 hits, 15 doubles, 7 triples, 8 home runs, 47 RBIs and 52 runs scored. Jim Halpert of the Mancelona Torch finished second in voting, while Willie McGirt of the Galesburg Guzzlers finished third. |
