PL Top Batter Trophy Won by Elías Friday, September 1st, 2028 Bernardo Elías is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Atlanta right fielder joined that select company when the Premier League announced the results of August's voting. Elías totaled 28 hits, 2 walks, 6 home runs, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored last month to put together a .350 batting average and .373 on-base percentage. Thus far this year Elías is batting .279 with 18 home runs, 48 RBIs and 55 runs scored. |
