The D.C. Divided downed the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 5-3, at Washington Stadium. The Divided were led by Tony Romero, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. The second-place Northern Lions BC have dropped 10 straight games.
D.C. took the lead in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Wilfred McLaughlin stroked a run-scoring single to make it 4-3, Divided.
