Getting an impressive start from William Fothergill, Hogsmeade beat Mt. Vernon by the score of 3-2. The 9th-place Bulls have dropped 5 straight games.

Hogsmeade won the game in the bottom of the ninth inning. That's when third baseman César Ramos hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Cauldrons fans to their feet.
