Seahwaks Stadium was the site of a tense game between the Myrtle Beach Seahawks and York Revolution.
York right-hander Vicente Durango made an effective start against the Myrtle Beach Seahawks at Seahwaks Stadium, leading his team to a 3-2 win. Durango, now 1-2, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 2, and allowing 2 earned runs.
York took the lead in the top of the sixth. With no one out and the bases loaded, Ronald Comejo stroked a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Revolution.
Comejo told the York Herald: "I'm proud to be a part of what we've got going on here. It's a great group and we're pretty happy with the win."
The 9th-place Revolution improved to 17-23.
