Eclipse Win 3-2 Walk-Off

Old-Timers Park was rocking after an exciting win today.
The Northville Eclipse picked up a win at Old-Timers Park, knocking off the Asheville Highlanders, 3-2. On the mound for Northville was left-hander Luis Arreola, who played a pivotal role in the win. Javier Luna got credit for the win, improving to 10-8. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1 innings.
Alfonso Grappasonni was the walk-off hero for Northville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, the Northville right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
After the game, Northville manager Juan Padilla applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
The Eclipse saw their record improve to 47-52.
