Chesapeake Center Fielder Picked SAA Player of the Week Monday, June 28th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Jouo Hirschovits of the Chesapeake Continentals reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hirschovits rocked opposing pitching for a .536 average (15-for-28), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Hirschovits is batting .293 with 1 home run. His totals include 14 RBIs and 25 runs scored. |
