Heard Wins SAA Best Player Award Monday, August 30th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Peter Heard of the Marquette Miners reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Heard rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (7-for-14), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Currently Heard is batting .341 with 3 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
