Choe M3L Double A's Hottest Hitter Monday, August 9th, 2027 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Kai-xi Choe of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Choe rocked opposing pitching for a .556 average (5-for-9), 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. For the season Choe is currently batting .252 with 8 home runs and 17 RBIs. In 26 games he has reached base at a .342 rate and scored 15 runs to date. |
