3AAA Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 26th, 2027 25-year-old Pedro Rivera made a few Scranton headlines during this past week as the rookie first baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 8 hits in 17 at-bats to put up a .471 average. Rivera collected 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 3 runs. Presently Rivera is batting .293 with 7 home runs and 38 RBIs. He has played in 58 games and scored 36 times. |
