U-21 Pitching Ravaged by Kong Wednesday, June 23rd, 2027 The Expos were defeated 5-4 today at Waterfall Park by the U-21, but you can't say Hou Kong didn't give it his best try. The Expos first baseman came to the plate 5 times and collected 5 hits. It was a good day for Kong and a tough day for Niagara Falls. "I just go up there and swing away and hope it hits the barrel of the bat," he said. "There really isn't any plan." No plan or not, Kong delivered today... 5-for-5 is outstanding in any league. Hou Kong singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Gabriel Reyes in the 5th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 10th. To date this season Kong is hitting .301 with 5 home runs.
