BC Jolt Storm with Late Rally
The Syracuse Storm got a superb performance from pitcher António Muńóz, but the BC still won the game, 4-2. Muńóz was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball. Put-In-Bay reliever Félix Santiago picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Francisco Castillo absorbed the loss. Joaquin Farias locked down his 9th save.

Put-In-Bay grabbed control in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Vicente Castaneda delivered a run-scoring double, to make it 3-2 in favor of the BC.

"I was a little disappointed," said Syracuse manager Chad Hess. "We could've and should've scored more runs."

The Put-In-Bay winning streak has now reached 10 games.
