Samurakami Lifts BC to 19-1 Win
The Gryfindor Braves were defeated, 19-1, by the Houston BC. Leading the charge for Houston was catcher Yoshihito Samurakami. He was 4-6 with a triple and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Stanton Miranda got credit for the save for Houston. It was his 1st of the year. Houston now owns a record of 48-54.

Samurakami came through with some timely hitting for Houston. With the score 1-0 in the top of the third and no one down, Samurakami hit a 1-1 fastball for a run-scoring double. It was his 26th double of the season -- and a big reason the BC managed to win.
