Casper got an elite performance from starting pitcher Wallace Elgie in taking a 2-0 decision over the Myrtle Beach Mermen. Elgie was the winning pitcher and moves to 7-4. He threw 7 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up 3 walks. Casper now has a 3-game win streak.
