Rampley Caps Great Week Monday, September 7th, 2026 25-year-old Hugo Rampley made a few Augusta headlines during this past week as the rookie catcher proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 14 hits in 25 at-bats to put up a .560 average. Rampley collected 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and scored 5 runs. This year Rampley has hit 13 home runs and posted a .277 batting average. |
