3L's Top Rookie Acclaimed Sunday, November 1st, 2026 Things are coming up roses for Joe Cashmore of the Chicago Gold Sox. This blossoming star finished his first year in the Third League by taking the 2026 Newcomer of the Year Award. The 26-year-old first baseman fashioned a .251 batting average with a .335 on-base percentage, solid numbers to go with his 25 home runs, 61 RBIs and 54 runs scored. Myles Wilkerson of the Capital District Red Knights finished second in voting, while Scott Janousek of the Chicago Hawks finished third. |
