Season Done for Ortega Sunday, July 12th, 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Kennesaw's Pedro Ortega to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 07/09/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Ortega said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Ortega has been out of action since he suffered a sore knee. For the year Ortega is batting .230 with 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 20 runs scored. |
