Stingers Win in Glorious Fashion
Getting an impressive start from Manny Caraballo, Toledo beat Northern Virginia by the score of 2-1. Today's win puts Toledo at 18-13, while Northern Virginia falls to 15-16.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th. That's when Toledo second baseman Pil-joong Pak, facing Javier Desdin, had a run-scoring single. It gave the Stingers the 2-1 win.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Northern Virginia skipper David Lenlister, "and it cost us."
