Nebraska got an elite performance from starting pitcher Felipe Aiba in taking a 6-0 decision over the South Beach Blaze. Nebraska now sits at 24-23, while South Beach falls to 19-28.

Gilberto Moreno, not known for his power, had a big at-bat with two out in the top of the sixth. That's when he connected on a cutter from Gob Bluth for a solo home run. His 2nd home run of the season put Nebraska in front, 1-0.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Aiba said after the game.
