Hotspur U-21 Jolt Bulls with Late Rally

The Phoenix Hotspur U-21 racked up a win at Ballpark of Mt. Vernon, bumping off the Mt. Vernon Bulls, 4-2. José Santiago, who started for Phoenix, pitched effectively for his team. Santiago picked up the win for Phoenix, going 8 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 10-5. Picking up the save was Richard Osborn, his 8th.
