Grim pitcher Pedro Adame did his part in helping his team beat the Niagara Falls Expos, 5-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Cecil Beijeman picked up the save for Grim, his 4th of the year. At 33-24, the Reapers are currently 5th in the Silver A.

It could have been a different outcome for Grim, had it not been for Tomás Costello, the 19-year old shortstop . Costello contributed a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the first inning to put Grim up, 1-0.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Grim Reapers manager , "I like our chances."
