Torch Fall Short at Louisiana
The Louisiana Dragoons picked up a win at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium, knocking off the Mancelona Torch, 5-4. Starting pitcher Ricardo Suárez was an essential part of his team's success. After today's action, Louisiana sits at 32-23, while Mancelona falls to 35-20.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth. That's when Louisiana designated hitter Giuseppe Provolone, facing Juan Reyes, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Dragoons the 5-4 win.
