Tula Deal Bulls Painful Loss
The Mt. Vernon Bulls got a superb performance from pitcher Javier López. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Chicago. The Tula won the game, 6-5. In spite of the loss, López was named the player of the game. He threw 8 innings allowing 3 runs. The Chicago winning streak has now reached 4 games.

The game came to an abrupt end with one out in the bottom of the tenth. On a pitch from Evan Roy, Miguel Gazivoda hit a sacrifice fly. It gave Chicago the 6-5 walk-off win.

"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Chicago manager Nacho Rivero.
