Reapers Come Back Late to Clip Expos
Niagara Falls got a terrific game from catcher Hou Kong. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Grim, 6-5. Kong was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Luis Hernández picked up the win with 8 innings of work. He allowed 5 earned runs on 10 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 7. On the season, he is now 2-0. Quinton Richards closed the game out for Grim, earning his 2nd save.

One important at-bat came with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the eighth. That's when Bernardo Rodríguez drew a walk. The Reapers went on to win.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Rodríguez said.
