The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles defeated the Northville Eclipse, 6-2. Earning player of the game honors was first baseman Leonardo Ramírez, who was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 2 times and drove in 5. Denis Melis finished the game for Mercer Island and earned his 2nd save. It was the 10th win in 12 games this year for the defending champion Screaming Eagles, who are picking up where they left off.

Early in the game, Ramírez had a bases-clearing double for Mercer Island. It was his 4th double of the season and put the Screaming Eagles on top, 3-0.
