Evergreens Lose to Red Knights in Walk Off
The Capital District Red Knights racked up a win at Capital Grounds, bumping off the Portland Evergreens, 6-5. Myles Wilkerson, who started for Capital District, pitched effectively for his team. Capital District reliever Ánibal Rivera picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Pedro Lara took the loss. The Red Knights, at 53-34, sit in first place in the Division III.

Capital District's win came gift-wrapped. With two out in the bottom of the 11th, with the game tied, José Paz reached on an error by the left fielder, driving in 1 run.

Paz described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
