The Chicago Hawks picked up a win at Hawks Ballpark, knocking off the Montana Pandas, 5-2. Starting pitcher Benny York, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. York went 8.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 5-11. Even with the win, the Chicago Hawks have a dismal 27-58 record.
