BC Knock Off Pennsauken at Houston Park
Houston played host to Pennsauken at the friendly confines of Houston Park.

The Houston BC picked up a win at Houston Park, knocking off the Pennsauken Flyers, 5-1. Starting pitcher Bryan Palmer was an essential part of his team's success. Palmer was the winning pitcher and moves to 12-4. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 2 and giving up 4 walks. Shawn Arnold was called on to finish, recording his 3rd save.

One important at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the sixth. That's when Alfredo Mojica, who is rated as the 35th best prospect by BNN, hit a 2-run double. The BC went on to win.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," said Palmer.

Houston, at 56-43, sits in second place in the Silver AAA.
