The Phoenix Hotspur Reserves were defeated, 9-6, by the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds. Leading the charge for Ellenburg was right fielder Preston Hernández. He was 2 for 3 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 4 times. Sean Evans converted his 23rd save in 25 tries. Ellenburg is now 43-43, Phoenix 59-27.
