Rivera Shines in Longnecks Win
Bloomington third baseman Fernando Rivera picked up 6 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Hialeah Dodos, 11-3. The Bloomington winning streak has now reached 5 games.

Rivera came through with some timely hitting for Bloomington. With the score 1-0 in the top of the third and one down, Rivera hit a first pitch fastball for a 2-run double. It was his 6th double of the season -- and a big reason the Longnecks managed to win.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Bloomington manager Roberto Valverde.
