Martínez Picked Best Player Monday, August 11th, 2025 So far in his young career, Sergio Martínez has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Port Royal Disaster shortstop hit at a torrid .583 clip as he collected 14 hits in 24 at-bats, no home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Presently Martínez is batting .313 with 6 home runs and 42 RBIs. He has played in 74 games and scored 45 times. |
