Season Ends for Wilcox Sunday, August 24th, 2025 Thom Wilcox had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Brooklyn medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Brooklyn second baseman suffered a concussion in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. Wilcox is presently hitting at a .223 pace with 5 home runs, 34 RBIs and has scored 28 times. |
