Injury Derails Season for Sai Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Syracuse's Morihiro Sai to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 08/01/2025 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Sai said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Sai has been out of action since he suffered a sore shoulder. So far this year Sai has 8 wins and 5 losses and a 2.70 ERA. |
