Brian Fixel, the Delaware bullpen specialist, is this year's recipient of the Outstanding Pitcher Award. For the year he posted no saves in no save opportunities. He appeared in 19 games and compiled a 15-2 mark with a 1.79 ERA. Paco Manuel of the Idaho Falls Chukars finished second in voting, while Apollo Cepeda of the Delaware 1787 BC finished third. |
