Wizarding Express starter Ralph McKinney was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Toledo Titans, 3-2. Picking up the save was Travis Carson, his 6th. The Express improve their record to 47-24 with the win over Toledo.

The Express beat the Titans in part due to timely hitting. Case in point: the home run Nathan Tanner produced in the bottom of the fifth. Batting against Toledo pitcher Víctor García, he gave his team a 3-0 lead when he hit a 3-run home run.

"I had pretty good command out there," said McKinney.
