Middies Come Back Late to Clip Express
Grafton Middies starter Robbie Baxter turned in a sterling performance against the Wizarding Express, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. Lynwood Matos earned the save, his 19th. The Middies now have a record of 29-30 with the win over Wizarding.

Jack MacAsgill's hit in the top of the ninth was a game-changer. With two out, he rapped a fastball from Lou Meadows for a run-scoring double. It put Grafton in front, 3-2.

In postgame remarks, MacAsgill said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."
