Second Baseman Farkas drives in 5 runs, Steals Spotlight in Mancelona Rout

A 5-RBI performance from Vojtech Farkas, who leads the PA in triples with 6, helped the Mancelona Torch beat the Yellowknife Dragonblood, 12-3. The 8th-place Torch are now 30-40, the Dragonblood 27-43.
In the bottom of the third, Mancelona center fielder José Hernández had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Hernández stroked a 2-run single to center. It made the score 2-0, Mancelona. For the game, he went 2-4 with a double and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Farkas.
