Walleye Shut Out Blaze
The Walla Walla Walleye went home winners at The Ballpark on the Beach, thanks in large part to starter Luis Domínguez. Domínguez silenced the South Beach Blaze, enabling Walla Walla to grab the 3-0 win. Domínguez, now 5-1, was the winner. In 6.2 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 9, walking 1, and allowing no earned runs. Walla Walla's record now stands at 21-29, placing them 8th in the Premier A.

Joe Dundee was a key contributor to the win for the Walleye. In the top of the eighth with two out, the light-hitting designated hitter stroked a single to left. He went 3 for 4 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
