Rivera Slugs Middies to 11-1 Win
The Grafton Middies stopped the New Amsterdam Republics, 11-1, at Field of the Middies. The Middies got a big game from Ramón Rivera, who hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The Grafton Middies, now 3-6, have not found much traction so far in 2025.

The fans who came in support of the Middies were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Field of the Middies.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Rivera told a Grafton News reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
