Richland Rails starter Scott Mildren turned in a top-notch performance against the Billings Polar Bears at The Igloo. The result was a win for the Rails, 4-1. Mildren was the winning pitcher and moves to 4-2. He threw 7.1 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 6 and giving up 2 walks. The Rails improved to 30-16.

In the top of the ninth inning, pinch hitter Jack Davis came through big-time for the Rails. With Richland leading 2-1, he belted a 2-run home run.
