D.C. Divided starter Jon Dunn turned in a sterling performance against the Richardson City Thundercats, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. Dunn, now 3-4, was the winner. In 7.2 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 6, walking 0, and allowing 2 earned runs. Their 38-27 record puts the Divided 4th in the Division I.
D.C. took the lead in the top of the seventh. With one out and a runner on 2nd, Tony Romero stroked a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Divided.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Dunn told the D.C. Herald.
