Navarro Silences Buckhead Bats
|
Northern Virginia Retrievers starter Ángel Navarro was in fine form against the Buckhead Bowties at Buckhead Grounds, leading his team to a 7-3 win. Javier Desdin converted his 1st save in 1 tries. The Retrievers' win now puts them at 20-37.
Navarro scattered 2 hits over 7 innings for the Retrievers. With the win, Navarro goes to 2-0 on the year with 36 strikeouts.
