Tortolita right fielder Rick Harrison was instrumental in his team's 7-6 win over the Naperville Battlekings. Harrison went 2-5 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Drummers. With the win, Tortolita goes to 25-29, while the Battlekings fall to 16-38.

Harrison had a game-changing single in the top of the eighth. On a 0-1 changeup from Willis Parker, he banged a 2-run single to center, giving the Drummers a 7-5 lead. It was the 48th hit of the year for Harrison.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Harrison, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
