Wilkerson Twirls Screaming Eagles to Shutout Win Friday, June 21st, 2024 Wally Wilkerson of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles was lights out in a 3-hit whitewash of the Sun Prairie Swallows. He told BNN reporters, "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go." He registered 9 strikeouts and 1 walk in shutting out Sun Prairie 4-0. Thus far this season Wilkerson has posted a 4-4 record, started 9 games, struck out 62 batters in 59.1 innings and compiled a 3.79 ERA. |
