This Week's Star Player is Moore Monday, August 12th, 2024 24-year-old Eric Moore made a few Athletic Club KC Academy headlines during this past week as the rookie center fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 15 hits in 24 at-bats to put up a .625 average. Moore collected 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 9 runs. A look at his season totals shows Moore with 8 home runs, .301 BA, .408 OBP, 41 RBIs and 43 runs scored. |
