3AA Star of the Week Chosen Monday, August 26th, 2024 Jung-hwan Kwon burst onto the M3L Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie third baseman for Richland garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 22-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .435 (10-for-23) with 1 home run and 4 RBIs last week. This year Kwon is hitting .254, produced 39 RBIs and 6 home runs, scored 45 times and gotten on base at a .301 rate. |
