Cruz Set to Miss 4 Months Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Manuel Cruz could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Mancelona starting pitcher told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 4 months because of bone chips in his elbow. He hasn't played since 08/30/2024 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." On his stats sheet for the year Cruz shows a 5-6 record, 13 starts, 96 innings, 79 strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA. |
