SAAA Star of the Week Named Monday, June 12th, 2023 23-year-old Arturo Robles made a few Vermont headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 23 at-bats to put up a .522 average. Robles collected 1 home run, 4 RBIs and scored 3 runs. This season Robles is batting .366 with 41 hits, 1 home run, 16 RBIs, 14 walks, .426 OBP and has scored 16 runs. He has played in 33 games. |
