3A Top Batter Trophy Won by Rodríguez Friday, September 1st, 2023 For a rookie just breaking in, Iván Rodríguez certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the 3A Batter of the Month award for August. The 23-year-old catcher for the Washington Generals hit .325 with 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 13 runs scored. So far this year Rodríguez is batting .277 with 5 home runs, 31 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
