PAA's Top Player for 2022 Named Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 The future looks extremely bright for Luis Antonio Hernández. At the age of 26, many players are still trying to find their way in USPL Double A. Hernández has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the USPL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .316 this year, that's for sure," the left fielder said. The Mercer Island Screaming Eagles start also put up a .398 on-base percentage this year, with 128 hits, 24 doubles, 2 triples, 12 home runs, 70 RBIs and 66 runs scored. Jason Ruffin of the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles finished second in voting, while Dave Robertson of the Athletic Club KC Academy finished third. |
